Los productos vendidos a través del sitio www.pmshop.mx serán procesados en no más de 48 horas después de haber confirmado el pago del producto, es decir, que nuestros proveedores de servicio de pago nos confirmen que se ha realizado el cobro correctamente.
Una vez confirmado el pago, se procederá a empacar el producto y enviarlo a la dirección de envío provista por el cliente en su compra.
El producto se enviará a través de PAKKE, se enviará por el método seleccionado por el usuario en su compra.
El costo del envío varía dependiendo del peso total de los productos comprados y de la ubicación geográfica del destinatario, el cliente podrá consultar el costo del envío antes de confirmar su pago.
Actualmente solo se realizan envíos dentro de la República Mexicana.
Los tiempos de entrega pueden verse afectados por factores externos al comercio, tales como factores climatológicos, contingencias ambientales y de salud, atrasos generales en el servicio de la paquetería, robo, extravío, etc.
En caso de que el producto sea robado o extraviado durante la entrega, el comercio se compromete a enviar nuevamente el producto al cliente en cuanto tenga el reporte que confirme el robo o extravío.

En caso de que sea difícil acceder a la ubicación de entrega se agregarán hasta 10 días adicionales.
Importante: El tiempo de entrega comienza a partir de la confirmación del pago y validación de existencia del producto en el almacén (preventas), fecha que no necesariamente puede ser la del día en que generaste tu pedido, ya que la validación de pagos con tarjeta de crédito o débito puede durar hasta 48 horas hábiles.
PAKKE realiza 3 intentos de entrega, si no te localizamos, tus datos de entrega son incorrectos o no recibimos datos adicionales de tu parte y esto ocasiona que no podamos concretar la entrega en los 3 intentos, el artículo será devuelto al almacén, la venta cancelada y tu dinero reembolsado.
Cabe destacar que la validación de pagos con tarjeta de crédito o débito puede durar hasta 48 horas hábiles (no cuentan fines de semana ni días festivos). En cuanto a los pedidos con referencia de pago, cuentas hasta con 24 horas para realizar el pago en ventanilla o de forma electrónica.
Es sumamente importante destacar que “PMSHOP” se reserva el derecho de solicitar documentos oficiales a sus clientes con la finalidad de validar la transacción generada por cualquier compra en nuestro portal.
